Founded in 2021, City One Solutions was created by Marceel Marchena while studying the most efficient ways to help brick and mortar businesses become more modern. Armed with a decade-old laptop and a willingness to learn new systems, he began designing automated setups to curate content, share blogs, and promote product listings.

Many hours of his life were spent breaking site code, annoying followers with spammy content, and testing site functions to make sure each step worked properly. With a solid foundation of tools, he set out to visit small businesses in the Los Angeles area and help them develop their online presence. With his knowledge of business systems, he helped convert large catalogs into e-commerce sites and developed simple ways to manage the process.

After detailed training of the designated employees to manage the systems, he created training documents and provided ongoing support to make sure there would be no hiccups.
